    Thank you Jim, I realized after talking to Pip and he mentioned had I calibrated the sticks......Doh, then I remembered I'd accidentally made to dx6 controllers in Phoenix, when I calibrated them all was fine there after.

    I ended up setting all the settings in Phoenix for helis and fixed wind, and reversed various controls to make each type fly as they should.

    Now it's practice, practice, practice to gain experience flying the 450 with my new controller.

      just catching up on this thread now...

      so... you are running helis in phoenix with HE showing on your tx
      and.. fixed wing with AC showing on your tx

      I too had the all/nothing power issue you described to some degree.
