innova 450 qs

I have a 450 qs and it was working fine it clipped the grass and seems to be struggling so I checked it no damage to blades or other mechanical parts but still didn't want to lift off, I took the flybar off and checked that then took it out just to check it on slow spin but it shredded the main drive gear just wondering if anyone could help as to what the problem/ problems could be, many thanks ian lampard

Possible that the Motor has got to tight to the main gear. Loosen off the main gear check that it runs smooth against the main drive.
Iv'e have stripped a couple of them my self with the slightest knock. also make sure the main shaft is not bent??

Thank you. I'm gunna see the place I bought it from but if you know anyone with a decent 4 channel helicopter going cheap, im looking to get so I can replace parts cheaper
