  • Lama Iv help

so ive got myself my 2nd rc heli, I never really flew the first much, I still have it, but it goes beserk when it takes off, flys in a random direction till it hits something ( In this case, my arm, snapping a blade and leaving me in need of 3 stiches ) not sure if crappy piloting or poorly trimmed. now I was at a car boot sale and found a lama IV and ive decided to give rc heli flying another go,however once again I seem to have a temperamental heli, the trim commands seem to do nothing to tame it, and several of the controls feel backwards ( pulling the throttle down increases power )...maybe im just not cut out to fly

Hopefully someone on here will help.
I have no knowledge of Lama helis sorry.
Is that a 4ch heli as most people start there then work up to a micro 6ch then onto a 450+ size.
Do you have a simulator as I have learnt so much from it (without damaging myself or a heli)

I had one of these a long time ago lol. It would appear that the switch on the tx is switched the wrong way.
If I remember these toggle switches on the back of the tx which needs flicking the other way.
I may still have manual somewhere but I think its number 1 for throttle.
