Belt cp set up

Hi

Does anyone know anyone or company in London that i could get my belt cp set up professionally? I tried for few days with no joy, it just doesnt lift off?? I am getting frustrated, so looking to get it set up properly and hopefully that i could observe how its done properly. cheers
