Newbie say´s is there an idiots guide to programming tx???

i have finished the programming of the tarot xyz s flybarless gyro, now i have to program tx, i also have a govenor.

Do i set the gov to come on with throtle hold or what, i am going to shut up now as i am sure someone will tell me the right way to set it up without me waffling garbage
