  • Twister Medevac rotor Blade Identification

A friend has a Twister Medevac which he crashed spectacularly, destroying both rotors completely. New rotors have arrived but how do you identify which is the top and bottom rotor blades please?

If your blades have letters on them, Blades A Top Clockwise. Blades B Bottom Anticlockwise.
I think thats the way around its been a long time since i've being flying a co-Axels.

Long time since I've been flying them too.

The blades have no identification so far as I can see. However, the leading edges show direction of rotation - if you're sure the top is always clockwise, I can see where they go.

      Thanks for your input.

You're welcome - and thanks for the photo - very useful. Parts should arrive today so next Saturday's fly-in should make my friend happy again.

                  Twister Medevac rotor Blade Identification

This was my first Heli that got me hooked. Anyone know the best place to buy parts for them. I don't like antics so refuse to use them.
                  Thanks

I'm using Midland Helicopters - fast efficient service with reasonable postage.

I've got into a pickle with re-assembly. I have 4 x 1.7mm dia screws and 4 x 1.2 mm dia screws. I can't remember which screws go where - it's not as obvious as I expected and I really can't see where the smaller ones go. The manual doesn't show them! (Thanks JP).
                    Anybody know?

LATER: just remembered, the tiny screws are the ones that hold the rotor blades in place!
