the control of the heli is difficult the heli veers forward when you move the stick to accomodate this nothing appears to happen so i give it a bit more backward stick and then it overcorrects. the same for side to side. The tail of the heli is still twitching despite turning down the gain. I am using good quality lipos gens ace and also the kds one which came with the heli. They all charge good and certainly the gensace ones are virtually brand new and have only been recharged 10 times each. I am using the stock transmitter and receiver which are kds own make.

I have also changed the swash plate and all the linkages. I assume that the tail twitching and the sloppy response of the controls are linked. any help would be appreciated.

Are you flying flybarred or flybarless model? If flybarred, the symptoms would be indicative of bad mechanical head setup. If flybarless it could be either head setup or FBL unit setup. Either way, it would seem that likely some linkages or servo positions are off.

If all check your TX - Receiver response there could be electrical issues. Just a wild guess?
