  • Mode 3 advice

Hi to everyone,Its my 1st post so please be gentle! I am returning to the hobby ( how have things changed from my MFA sport 500!) I have always flown fixed wings on mode 1 and have flown helis on mode 3. I have just bought a DX7 heli version (mode 1) and a Sceadu 50. I now realise mode changing on DX7's is quite a chore. Am I wrong to just swap the rudder and aileron servos over in the RX to achieve mode 3 from a mode 1 TX? If this is incorrect please can anyone explain why. Many thanks,

I think on a sceadu, youd get away with it with it being a h1 swash type, but if it was e-ccpm youd be screwed cos of the swash menus and mixes required.
Some say my left nipple is the shape of a Raptor canopy.......... And that for fun I chase sheep in wellies 3 sizes too big. All I know is I am 3D Clod
