      So I would suggest. . .
New model setup in Tx - not sure about heli 3 setting, but if that's what worked before, or if it's what the instructions suggest, then go for it. Ensure pitch curve is linear 0-50-100.
      Take off servo horns.
      Disconnect motor.
      Turn on Tx
      Power up receiver.
(Rebind Tx to receiver as per instructions if necessary - this will usually need you to turn off Tx, power up receiver with bind plug inserted, turn on Tx with bind switch flicked)
Check that servos centre (listen for little 'zip')
Wiggle Tx sticks to check that the servos are operating.
      Centre trims, subtrims on Tx.
      Centre sticks.
Install servo horns (90 degrees etc).
      Power down receiver.
      Tx off.
Turn back on again (no bind plug this time) and check for alignments. The servos should be exactly where you left them when you powered off, assuming the sticks were and are still centered. Bear in mind that when you restart like this, you normally have to have the throttle stick fully down, to turn on the tranny, and if you then turn the heli on, the swash will drop due to the throttle stick being in the 'negative pitch' position.

      Does that make sense/help?

cheers for the simplified explanation chaps , i reset the tranny to the receiver and got the servos to work how they are supposed to (cheers Matt), im just looking into the fqct that when all 3 servos are centralised, the swash plate isnt level ,
so i suppose that when all 3 servos are aligned properly the swash plate should be level aswell, if it should be , it isnt

In that case you have a couple of options. . . It's flybarred, right?

          Either
          a) pop the links from their balls, one by one, and lengthen/shorten the link by a couple of full turns, pop it back on, and look for level swash (ensuring again that the servos are centered by powering them up with the tranny on, sticks centered). When you do that, it's also worth making sure that when you hild right collective (right aileron) the swash leans right, left-left, up or forward collective leans the swash forward and up on the collective (throttle) lifts the whole swash. If not, then your servo reversals are wrong.
If you don't have a swash levelling tool, you can use a zip-tie around the main shaft (look up swash levelling zip tie in youtube for examples) to get it accurate. It's possible to just eyeball it, but perfect level with a tool is better.

          b) Depending on how unlevel the swash is, you can (probably - perhaps someone can back me up, or dismiss this comment - or you could look it up) use the sub-trim in the tranny to level it. The only thing is, if the swash is way off, or the servo is off level, you end up getting slightly different travel in each direction, which can lead to unbalanced control.

          c) Click on this link > Trex 450 Pro build videos - HeliFreak - and get a great lesson from Finless Bob on all aspects of the build process, including swash levelling. He seems to make things make sense, and has heaps of tricks and tips at each stage. I've learned so much from him. Even though you don't have the align 450, you will find that these videos relate almost directly to your heli.
You may have to become a member of the forum, and maybe even have to jump a few hoops to get the video download working (I think they have a FAQ on their site relating to video issues - deleting/cancelling cookies, restarting browser etc) but it is so worth it. . .

          Enjoy!
          And good luck. . .
