Blade 400

Hi folks bought new head for my blade cos crashed old one put new head on set swashplate up level tried to take off and it's pushing down instead of taken off and swashplate plate is moving same way as last time not sure what I have done wrong only just swaped heads over any ideas

Check the links are right. I think you might have connected the main blade links on the wrong side. Just swop thme over.
