I am up and running without blades but am not sure I have my controls working properly, the tail rotor seems fine. I have 3 servos affecting my swash plate. I am using a clock face to describe the position of the servos with the nose of the heli as the 12 O clock position. The first servo is at the 2 O'clock starboard position this moves when I move the right hand stick on my transmitter from side to side. The servo at the 10 o'clock port position moves when I move the right hand stick on my transmitter up and down. The 6 o'clock aft position servo moves when I move my left hand stick on my transmitter up and down. the tail rotor servo moves when I move the left hand stick on my controller from left to right. The motor seems to stop and start fine using the left hand stick up and down.
Does this sound correct? My first worry is I do not seem to be able to collectively increase the pitch on the blades. My second worry is the cyclic pitch does not seem to be a very good method.
