  • Which One ?

    Hi all,

I'm looking to take a step up and like the look of these two. Esky Belt CP or the E-flite Blade 400 3d.

Opinions on both would be great.

    Cheers

No question, if you can afford the extra the blade 400 everytime, miles more capable and with the bonus of being 2.4GHZ.
As close as you can get to a the capability of a trex as i can see.
I have heard nothing but good things about it.

Thanks for that, I thought the Blade may of been lesser quality due to the Tx that comes with it.

I think the radio system you get with the blade 400 is one of the best you can get for a ready to fly heli as a whole package, You can buy the radio as a seperate item from spektrum.
I do have to say though, i haven't flown the belt cp so can't comment on it's flyability, i am just going on the technology levels between the two and comments i have heard about them, if it was my money, it would be the blade.

Looks like I'm off to buy the Blade tomorrow then unless anyone (apart from the Mrs) knows a reason not to.
            Thanks all for your advice.

i had the same dilema, couldnt choose between the blade 400 and gl450se and got the belt cp with the intention of getting a dx7 down the road, which i got recently.

id get the blade 400 simply for the TX. a belt cp will keep the cost down and have plenty left for spares. its just as capable if you're a beginner to collective pitch but the programmable TX with the blade 400 makes that more worthy of your spondoolies.

How did you find the Belt CP Joe?
I'm moving up fom contra's but the kids are just starting.
Now I'm thinking of buying the Belt passing it to the kids when they are ready and then buying the Blade

i love it. im a basic flyer so i dont know what its capable of but it hardly breaks in crashes and i cant find any negatives about it. ive upgraded quite a lot now so its nice feeling it become more sporty and capable.
