  • blade cx2 tail wont stop

    Hi guys,
I am sure you can help me again.
My cx2 tail will not stop drifting to the right i have tried adjusting the 4-1 as specified in the man a little at a time but the longer i fly the further to the right i have to put the trim.
I have read it is a heat issue and to stop it you need to drill holes in the 4-1, is this true or false if false how do i stop it.

drilling holes was a fix for the early blades with a 4in 1
the drift will get worse as the battery looses power.
how old is yours has it got the seperate spektum reciever?

right if its brand new dont go drilling anyholes!!
firstly if you have adjusted the pots and not had any luck check all the screws around the shafts and fittings are tight. especially the two main gears underneath.turn the rotors in turn and hold a finger against the gears to make sure nothing is slipping.
        if all seems ok
        adjust the propotional pot again.
fully charge the battery. connect up on a solid surface and let every thing light up. hover the heli if it turns clockwise (nose right as you say) then turn the pot anticlockwise a small amount. diconnect the battery. wait a couple of seconds connect up and hover again.make adjustments as nessasary
        nose right....adjust anticlockwise
        nose left....adjust clockwise
it does take time so be patient.

        not recommended for complete beginners
of course a quick fix is do a fairly large adjustment and see if the fault is reversed and then adjust properly. but if your not fairly adept at control yet be carefull when you lift off get ready to apply rudder!

          cx2

nose left tail right tried adjusting the pot a bit at a time but i can never get it in the middle always one way or the other and as the battery power reduces so the problem increases.
Maybe i am just being a bit to picky what do you recon.
At least i can fly the cx2 with no crashes (touch me head) so i should be happy ehh.

the problem will get worse as the battery dies. dont run them right down stop flying as soon as the heli starts to loose power.

if you cant get it in the middle thats a good sign it works!!!!
turn the gyro gain clockwise just a tad....................!
            and try again..
patience is a virtue dude it will work!!!

btw fly the nose not the tail
