Just wanted to say thanks to Pete for coming down today and checking my set up, flying a test hover and trimming my Raptor!

He corrected a couple of fundamental Newbie errors, and talked me through my first tentative hovering - well I got a couple of inches off the ground once or twice!

Invaluable help and much apprieciated!

It is great to hear that a connection through these columns has yielded "Raptorrobbie" getting that much required help, it also came as no surprise to me that good natured "Raptorite" would be one of the first to offer that help.
I can only hope that this act of helping other guys through the early stages will be repeated by others, in doing so it will make Stuarts work and effort in creating this site even more worthwhile.
