Has anyone tried the extreme blade upgrade kit....I purchased mine from RCPITSTOP, think they may be the only place they are available from...?
I purchased these when I bought my CX2 because it was an upgrade kit with spare blades and not much more expensive than just buying the stock spare blades.
Having now broken the original blades (whoops
), I installed this 'upgrade' kit.
Having got this kit I can't see what makes them extreme, the fittings are different and they allow the blades to fold back thus reducing the chances of breakages upon impact, but don't see much difference apart from that.
However I now find my CX2 is so unstable I daren't fly it and am now awaiting some stock blades so I can downgrade my CX2 again....
I found that the blades would just fold back in flight causing the instability and if you try to tighten them even more the plastic threads would just strip and then it just gets worse...
Just wondering if anyone else had tried these and had good/bad experiences of them.....
