hirobo xrb sr crash question

Hi, I crashed from about 15ft up like a stone onto concrete. Please dont ask why and how? Anyway the battery tray and skids are broken and the blades all broken which is fine i have replaced them, but on trying to fly tonight the heli wont rotate to the right. Turns in all directions apart from rotating right. Is it foobard, or is there something that could need replacing?

check all the screws on the shafts and gears there maybe one loose alowing it to slip, and the blades are not getting up to speed
