    Another member from Alfaowner.com

I have just purchased a Blade CX2 from Kevs Racing Bits, only place that seemed to have any stock after Christmas.

Should have it delivered by Wednesday next week if I am lucky! Looking forward to get involved!

Hi Happy Man and welcome to the forum. I was a bit hesitant about posting to your thread as I am "from the dark side"

Following the advice I got here has saved me a fortune - still spent one though

I started with a Pico-Z, then a Twister Medevac and am now wrestling with a Trex 450 SE V2 which is absolutely fantastic.

Got mine ordered last night from same seller as Jack, got a nice loamy park at the bottom of my hill so should be good for crash landings

What are the battery options on these CX2's?

They come with a 7.4Volt 800mAh Li-Po - is it possible to buy higher mah battery packs so they fly for longer...if so would I need a new charger?

                Thanks

im sure you can. just about any heli can have a battery upgrade without having to get new chargers or motors etc. i odnt have your heli but my 2100 battery lasts a few minutes longer than the 1800, and the 2100 happens to perfectly balance the helicopter, with the 1800 i need to add a lot of weight to the nose.

                      Thanks PXR5.
Another question, what is the realistic constant flying time from the battery included. I hear its from 8-12 mins - is this correct?

                      Cheers
