        If you are using it to fly a 450x you don't need any receivers and can buy a tx only

        Like this......

              A 450x comes with an ar7200bx, which is a receiver (rx) and a flybarless (fbl) controller all in one unit, so there is no need for a receiver

                TX = Transmitter RX= Reciever
                Mode 1 is throttle on the right.
                Mode 2 is throttle on the left (most heli flyers use this)

                  Will I be able to set that up in a training mode using that controller?

                  I dont mind spending the money if i will benefit from a better one in the future?

                        Then get a DX8, better TX for the long term, 8 channels so you have nitro option, telemetry, nicer feel, nicer user interface. I got a dx6i then changed it after only a few months.

                          Paul also look on the "For sale " section as I think there is 450x for sale at a very good price!

                            lots of good 2nd hand transmitters in the for sale section and on BMFA......why spend £100's when you can pick one up for about £60. it will serve its purpose perfectly well and if (god forbid) you get hooked on the hobby, treat yourself to a brand new one with more functions etc later
