Help please

Just trashed my Twister 3D Storm. I have bent the fly bar and main shaft. I am at a loss how to strip the heli. Is there an assembly manual out there or is it a case of trial and error. Crash my fault entirely in experienced and trying to run before I can walk!! Please advise.

This is a great place for build videos and general setup advice, well worth watching a couple of these before/during your rebuilding. Helped me out when I had my first rebuild.

Thanks for responding guys. I have now stripped the beast (amazing how many bits and pieces it breaks down to). Now need to empty the wallet for spares.
