So I bought the Protech Zoom 450 EP. Now it's come to the canopy.
It comes in 3 pieces.
The left and right side (to be "joined" somehow)
and
The windscreen which screws onto the shell.
Any tips on gluing the 2 halfs together and still get a good finish?
I think my mate said he pined it? (small holes drilled through and use matchsticks to hold in in place)
Then he filled the "seam" with some sort of light weight glass beads and a glue of some kind, before sanding and finally painting?
it's a "light weight" very flexible thin plastic.
Any tips please? Plus what paint to use? I don't have a compressor/air gun. So was thinking some kind of spray paint.
Tips wanted and gratefully accepted!
Cheers
Rob
