              1. I thought Align had stopped making the CDE version. Certainly the 450X is their first variant, so this might be very old stock.
              2. Althought this is the easiest to setup because it is effectively mechanical mixing I have found it difficult to get spares for mine.
              3. Is this the V1/V2 SE as opposed to the 2007 V2. Again old stock.
              4. If you want the lowest cost 450 that is up to date and you don't need all the metal and carbon fibre then take a look at the 450S/450SA

I went through the whole which model T-rex suits me best dilema. Then came to the conclusion, the one I really want is the SE V2 (top of the range (see most expesive) model). No regrets at all.

I agree that if you want to invest in a 450,you really should go for the SE V2

They are pretty competitive pricewise in the UK but if you need the whole package i suggest you look at

Again I say take a look at the 450S/450SA. These are current models and the kit costs about £160 which includes the motor and ESC.

For the servos you can't get much better than the Hitec 65MGs. Then GY401 gyro. There is a new servo from Robbe that is really good for the tail servo, but I can't remeber its part number. The Cellpro 4 charger is excellent for 3 cell batteries.

If you cant afford the T-Rex se, I would go for the mini titan.

I had an XL and a titan.
The XL is a bit wooley to say the least.
                          Mini Titan flew better.

Have flown 3 of the Century 450`s.
They are a copy of the t-Rex 450 se V1.
They made it nice and shiney so that you look at it and have to have it.
Unfortunatley, they only spent about £2 on the radio.
It suffers badly because of it.
It uses a GULANG gyro. Which doesn`t even have heading hold.

The E-Flite Blade 400 may be in the country before christmas, that is the one I would go for.
No bling on it but it comes with a Spektrum radio, all digital servos and a heading lock gyro/high speed digi servo, Li-Po and charger.
                          Test flown in factory.
Spares are ridiculously cheap as well.

E-Flight are well renowned for being good quality.

Heli will be £300 ready to fly

                          Align T-Rex 450 Pro
T-REX 250, had it since crimbo(bloody tail) want to smash it with a hammer
