servo drift

hi all
when i plug in my heli after gyro is set my tail rotor servo slowly drift to full extent when i adjust gain this seems to correct problem but rudder input is reduced to very little movement any advise

What servo /gyro have you got.

If it's a heading hold gyro this is normal. It doesn't do it when it's actually flying.

I can now play around with gain.I thought servo or gyro may be knackered

If you switch to non- heading hold it should not drift.

Hi Mate,
Gyro's such as the 611 sometimes need one or two points of subtrim to stop any servo drift in heading hold mode and this is acceptable.

What combo are you running?
