I've just recieved a couple of new LIPOs for my CX2 ordered from the USA at XUSHobby for a very acceptably low price given the nice exchange rate :-)

Not had time to charge them yet, but they seem very well built and have a nice long power cable (unlike the stock battery which I find a pain in the butt to plug in). The batteries are pretty much an exact fit for the heli, they are ever so slightly wider than the stock battery but slight shorter, which makes them stay inside the heli easier I hope (probably no need for velcro). My only concern is the balance charge lead as it has 2 red wires and one black, so am unable to confirm it is wired for the stock cx2 balance charger, lets assume it is since they battery is designed for this heli, i'll soon find out if I'm wrong!

I'll post my results on how I find the batteries once I've had a play with them - probably tonight.

The DN power Bats they sell are a perfect replacement for the efilte ones. They are 100% compatible with the e-filte charger. You will notice a big improvment in engine power due to their higher C rating....enjoy,

I got a twin pack for $36 plus $10 shipping, came out at about £23 quid on my bank statement, delivery wasn't too bad, ordered lunch time UK time on the 8th and they came today, however I dont think he sent them for about a week! I have had a play with them tonight and I can tell the difference.

not sure - you'd need to check their site out, all batteries have dimensions on so should be able to find something similar.

yeah i thought it was too - only issue now is that 3 times more power = 3 times more crashing!

DN Power 15C - the way to go

While you guys are ordering you might want to consider a DN power G2 charger. They are only about £35. You can basically balance charge 2 cx2 batteries in 60 minutes ! In two hours I can charge 4 batteries in the time my e-flite has charged one
