  • GL450 tail belt

i I have crashed my Century GL450 and the last bit of the repair is a new tail gerabox and belt. Whats the best way to feed the beltdown the tail boom ? I'm asuming a bit of wire to thread it through ?

Sounds like they are not very strong considering they are all metal,
My T-Rex had a nasty crash and the metal tail and metal head
didnt have a scratch on them, was it a really really bad crash ?

thats century for ya... ive had a couple of very hard crashes with my t-rex 450se v2 (one of which totally destroyed both tail blades whn i hit the roof of our indoor club inverted) and not one stripped thread or bent feathering shaft thus far. Just the usual boom, tail blades, skids, blades and main shaft.

kind of yeah, but i got all wrapped up in the roof support booms, it made one hell of a mess! i was trying to get lower and lower, i managed ot touch the head button on the floor, but then i paniced and punched it out forgetting the roof was there (first time flying indoors!)
