  • Need more stick time........

    Hi Guys

Im quite new to this hobbie and so far im having loads of FUN ! I have a Mcpx v2 and a T-trex 450 pro, after weeks of sim time and hours of Mcpx flying Im finally getting the 450 up without no "major" issue's.
My only frustration is that every time I get into the T-rex and am having a blast its time to change the battery pack. As being new and only having 2 batteries, it means going to my local field for 10-15mins then having to go home charge and then start over again....

Apart from going Nitro....(which is another thread)

Just to vent off a bit.........

Every time you finished the two batteries without crashing, pretend you crashed but then spend the "repair money" on a new battery!
Seriously get two more batteries. The third and the 4th flight are the progress flights (it seems to take a couple to settle the nerves), then after 5 or 6 flights I start to go off a bit and need a rest.

Yeah get another couple of batteries.

When I started ( and even now to an extent ) I found that it took 4 mins or so before I settled down and learnt anything each battery. Luckily I had my trusty TT360 with it's 9min flying time. Shame that you can't get those now as it really was perfect for beginners down to great flight times.
