Fast Lads, Midlands, Progressive RC (US, but they have all the cables I need and shipping is almost as fast as UK, usually withing a week), Align.co.uk, Kings Lynn Model Shop and many more. I find most of UK online shops are great, run by professional people and very good customer service.

Being a novice in this hobby I've only placed one order for my dx7 and phoenix. This was from align-trex and I can't rate them high enough.

Fantastic friendly service. For a new customer they couldn't be more helpful. I ordered at 4pm and had the new 'toy' at 12pm the net day.

I do think loyalty counts with the right supplier.

Fast Lads, Align T-Rex, Hobbyking for Li-pos' , I did use Midlands, but when the did not even reply to my e mail about an align tail unit i bought for my tarot 450.. i spend elsewhere.

no loyalty here either, cheapest gets my business

I buy mainly from Fast Lads, Midlands, or Align-Trex.co.uk - in that order. I find Andy from fast lad to be very helpful, as is Rob and Raj from the other two. However the frequent sales and better website is why I use FLs the most.

I'm also going to buy lipos mainly from Electriflyer.co.uk now as they were very helpful and their prices are good for gens ace packs

Thank you all for the feedback, at least I now have a few places I know that I will be able to trust to give me the best service and prices.

Fast Lad, Align T-Rex, Midland Helicopters, RCheliguru (support your locals and service is unmatched), Inwood Models, quadcopters.co.uk, Hobbyking just for LiPos ... if had to buy a new kit though I might be using rc-toy.de or freakware.de as most kits work out to be £100 less due to exchange rate to the euro atm ...

Midlands as i drive past it on the way home and it is nice to meet people face to face. Fast-lads as they have the best stock. RCbearings for bearings. HK for batteries.

ALIGN-TREX - he's my number 1 shop. Next day delivery so very very reliable!
and one of the cheapest as well!

Don't care which retailer it is, if they've got what I want that's where I buy. But I will give an to Fast lads and Midlands, can't fault 'em.

Trex 450 SEV2, hack, freeby, but getting expensive. Binned the bu**er !

About twice a year: HobbyKing for a bumber crop of lipos and other cheapy things half of which I've never bothered with. But hey how much fun is it sticking all that stuff in the order and getting a huge box of loveliness arrive in the post after <mysterious postage delivery> time period.

Whenever possible: Robotbirds - price, service, delivery times are stunning but little heli range

Fast Lads: Most of the time they get my orders due to their stock... I used to be midlands loyal but had a few too many split orders and things. Have to say it hasn't been smooth with Fast Lads - I ordered a canopy which was a different colour when it arrived (not that their information was wrong, just the web photo was obviously taken in bright light etc and on the heli in real light it was way too dark), so I called up and said I popped it on the heli (didnt make holes, i.e. in new condition) and it's too dark can i swap / pay restock etc and get another and was told that because it had "been on my heli" they couldn't do anything - tried to explain it had just sat on it but it went no-where, really disappointed .
