problem with 120sr i made a video to show

ok sry about the video i was a little nervious 1st time doing something like this but it just keeps spinning out like the video shows and every thing is in place how do i fix the problem anybody have any idea to wats going on that i dont see..

Just a guess but is the tail rotor channel reversed in the transmitter ? Sure looks like it is.
Also you did switch the TX on first then power up the 120 , it's just I heard a beep like the TX was powered up after you put the heli down ?

The 120sr well!! the tail speed is faster than the head before take off. hence the spining. they all do it!
Once the head speed matches the tail speed it should be ok. use the control to slow the tail down.
The shinny floor makes it look worse than it is?
As Rachel said TX ON FIRST then plug in the heli, mine spins when it lands but flys great for a fix pitch.

Check theres no tiny hairs or anything wrapped around the tail rotor spindle slowing it down. move your rudder trim all the way left then all the way right, then centre it.
