as per my last thread ( vibrating t rex ) im now well and truly at the edge of insanity , ive changed main shaft and tail shaft double checked feathering shaft and flybar shaft and all ok , nw it wont power motor up,IT WONT SPIN .will lift head up but not go round ,boo booo hoooo ,it has a align 430x brushless motor in it everything is free and moving by hand all wires are in right place , PLEASE PLEASE HELP AS AM READY TO THROW IT IN BIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't throw it in the bin, get someone else to have a look at it. They will probably see what's wrong straight away. Also you can explain the problem to someone who knows nothing about it and while explaining it, you will realise what is wrong. You can also buy your next heli now and go back to the problem one later. There are some reasonable clones about. I'll have a look at your thread. Some problems are easy and some are very difficult.
I've read your last post. Have you checked the main gear. They do tend to strip and can give a lot of vibration.

thanks everyone for you help and support, av talked to a mate today and he thinks mite be esc playing up as its had some hard knocks while an learning, so hes got one to try in it . if that dont wrk then i will bring it to eagle ( were abouts are you????) and take you up on the offer of lunch lol

Do you have a multimeter? Follow the power though logically from beginning to end and see where it stops.

av got multi meter wot do i set it on and how do i go about it plse ??

unplug your motor, set meter to DC up to 20v if it's like mine.
Throttle up and see if esc it outputting relative to stick position, are you on 3s? then full throttle should read 11.1v ish.
Does your esc play a tune on turn on? Is it doing that?

ive found the problem ,when i inspected esc wiv magny glass i found lil deposit on it (brown) so lifted up the round purpley resister thingy battery connection end and found a split in it so the brown deposit on the board was its guts lol, so is fubared , its a 40a rc expert esc so need a replacement any ideas peeps ???? heli running align430x motor

Did you cut the throttle before you crashed? If you don't lots of current can go through a stalled motor. Someone might want to replace the resistor. There are cheap escs and more expensive ones depending on having things like governor mode.(Keeps motor revs constant as you change the pitch). I've got a JPEnErG that costs about £25. Basic but seems ok.
