  • Sticky Request....

Any chance of doing a Sticky for newbie's looking for advice on the first Helicopter ?

we go down this route 2 or 3 times a week with the CX2... etc. etc.

I'd be happy to write it up and others can add stuff.... ???

The site already has a FAQ section listed in the top bar.

Unfortunately, there's noting much in it. Surely, this is the sensible place to develop and publish this kind of information. Of course, someone/people would have to be responsible for keeping it up-to-date as and when products change or come onto/go out of the market place.

but some people are just to lazy to read threw FAQ's where as if its a sticky we can just say look at the sticky ! but we need to first of all write somthing up and everyone agree on what it says well not every one but the majority

That could be wasily overcome by introducing a strap line, or news style sliding text, or something across the top of the home page saying something to the affect of, "If you're new to RC helis, please click here for basic info on ......" etc.

            In big letters!

Might also be worth reading and or linking to the Electric Helicopter Begginers Guide

It's well written and has been through many revisions over the years

Quiet possible if, like me, you accidently nudge the throttle while holding a 'live' electric heli at head height !!!
