Personally I wouldn't use it. The thread might not fit correctly and more importantly the ball may be slightly different in size. If anything goes wrong on a link as you can imagine the results would be heli destruction.

Fast Lad will accept returns if it's unopened.

Which link is it for - it depends on which ball you're placing it on really. Does the RJX head come with it's own balls or did you use Mikado ones? You can always try it and then sell them on if they do not work, at a slight risk mind you (call me paranoid).

Well that one doesn't appear to be a Mikado ball link anyway. To be honest I don't know enough about RJX to be able to help you any more, it doesn't hurt to try the links if you can't get them off easy by hand and there is no slop it should be ok to fly.

You can buy ball link resizers if it's too tight.

It pays to be careful with ball link sizings. Back in the pre-Align days of ten years ago or more, they were all the same size from JR, Hirobo, Xcell, Thunder Tigre etc - about 4.75mm dia ball (or the imperial equivalent), so they were interchangeable. Then came along Align with 5mm balls, and that extra 0.25mm was more than enough for Align links to simply not work on traditional balls.

So, take care basically. As Laurence says, getting the link a good fit on the ball is a starting point, but then there's the push rod thread into the link to think about as well - link rods from different manufacturers range from 2mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and various others. Some kits even have different diameter rods on different parts of the helis, with specific part number links to go with them.

Stick to the right ones for the heli with matching balls is the safest bet.

the prob is i don't know which one are the same, i will stick with them i will check if they are too loose but have the freedom on move, and in case i will change all two to have the same movements of the blade grip

Nitros take it on the chin mate and order the correct links. Rather spend few quid on the correct links than few hundred quid puting the logo right after the crash due to wrong links.

                      Just my opinion mate.

i do agree with you but my prob i don't know which is the "right" one, so i have to try.

Do you want have a laugh, i'm tell you how i broke it, i'm been lucky tho, i was setting the v bar, i was in hold, but, stupid me, i change the swash type on the radio with the lipo plugged in the heli, so as soon as i change it the motor start to spooling, i been quick to blocked the blades and unplug the lipo, but not quick enough to save the ball links.

                        I learn from mistake

Ok guys. This isn't as difficult as it seems.

The balls and ball links have to match. And the ball links need to have the correct size hole for the metal link rod to cut its own thread in. the balls need to have the correct size hole in the middle or the correct size stud to fit in its mounting position. The ball also needs to have the correct stand of height from its mounting point.

So. If you have a logo. With logo metal links and logo plastic ball links. You should try and have logo balls on the rjx grip arms.

If you can't do that because the mikado balls don't fit on the arms then we're into an Easter egg hunt.

Get the correct mikado ball for said plastic link and put a digital calliper across the ball link and measure the diameter. You will probably find its the same as nearly everything else at either 4.75 or 5 mm. Then do the same with balls at your local hobby shop till you find some that fit.

FYI. Align use 4.75 on 600 nitro and below and 5 on some of the parts for the flybar less 550,600efl pro and 700e.

                          Good luck.
