What glue ???

Hey guys I need to get some glue to fix skids & canopy but there are hundreds to choose from so looking for some help

On your mCPX? A hot glue gun would be your best bet if you can't replace, but it is quite hard to glue plastic. 30 min epoxy is also very strong, but it can be more brittle. Both are very handy to have around mind you.

on the mcpx CA, in my experience does not work well - it shears too easily. As Laurence says, I find hot glue excellent for such jobs

Yup on the mcpx.... I think the missus has a hot glue gun so will give it a go... Also looks like the bit on the frame that the skids plugs into is cracked hoping I don't need to replace the whole frame!!!

Note to self... Hot glue melts canopy!!!! Also broke a canopy mount do u guys hot glue these back on with supports?? If not do u just buy a new frame?

Best glue I have ever found for difficult-to-join plastics is a two part called 'UHU Acrylit'. Used to be called Stabilit Express in the old days. Will stick anything to anything. Wierd stuff - a tube of goo and a pot of white powder to mix in.
