Is there a good book on Rc heli theory?

Is there a good book that helps a begginer on RC Heli basics, theory and setup?
I do get confused with 'the jargon' any help would be great

Good site with loads of info, I got two of his ebooks when I first started. I didnt understand (me just being thick) somthing in the book and emailed the chap who got back to me right away. Fantastic help.

Petes got some good DVDs over at pheonix Paul . Worth having a look at them next time you are there . Not sure about books but you could ask him . if he doesnt know its probably not worth knowing anyway lol . Rob

+1 on the post from Sharpedge. I bought a ready to fly Blade 400 and crashed it straight away and the e-book on www.rchelicopterfun.com was great help alongside all the members on here.
