problems with my 450

had the 450 out yesterday out the back of my house for something to do as i was working on my drag car and it would have been rood not to and every so often the tail would kick round for no reason and seemed like it was loseing signal ... but ive flown this one loads of times and never had a problem with this one it my fav .. so as i had some spare time today i thought i would check it over and give it another bash everything seemed ok i moves some of the wires around as a just in case but couldnt see anything out of order so fired it up and hovered it about out the back of my house and it was fine so i went to a local feld with it after a few changes on the pitch setting as i was only running -5 + 10 and now its -/+11 and boy did it change the way it flew anyways 1st batt not a problem round and round it went few stall turns and nothing 2nd batt about half way through it i brought it in close and all of a sudden it went mental head speeded up and it just dove to the left and splat one broken heli wernt to bad blades and tail boom ,servos x2

could it be static ? everthing on the heli is carbon bar tail boom and bottom tray its just weid that its started it all of a sudden but was perfect the last time i had it out apart from the last 2 days i really like flying this one but now a bit worried flying it again because it came from no where if it had been my fault then hay ho it wouldnt have bothered me but it was in a stable hover when it happened

if you got plastic gears could of had a tooth missing if been hamming her. also have u tried checking the tail slider for play? mine would spin on hard manouvers thought belt was slipping until i could nolonger turn right (was 1st time i didnt oil tail) if theres slop in tail slider creates havock and locks up when under load. static well all servos would normaly glitch can try silicone spray on belt (this would need reaplying every week or 2) or scratch tailboom attach a wire and run to the frame (if you have boom mounted tail servo scratch under that ) also you are on 2.4 if i remember rightly. hope that helps

it does seem more like a glitch than anything as soon as it would spin to nearly nose in it would hold then it woould be ok for a bit then do it again and today it just looked like it had lost all control

bec was causeing thre problem when i rebuilt it yesterday i used external batt to set it up as soon as i plugged it in the thing went mental lol

so hopefully thats sorted the problem now had a quick hover last night and it seemed ok
