..... I bent my Honey Bee Belt CP many weeks ago ..... and each week I have ordered replacement bits and fitted them and thought 'great lets go fly' only to notice another bit bent or broken just prior to taking off.... Last night was the same.... this time I noticed the feathering shaft is slightly bent.... I swear I'm going to go feckin' nuts. I'm sure it was OK last week....I'm convinced I have Heli Gremlins who come out every night and trash another bit....PLUS I still have an aluminum piece I can't see where it goes. seriously...it sounds funny but I have a little piece that's purple in colour and I really can't see where it goes.... Anyone else losing their minds in repairing their whirleybird ?

          Hi Chopper,

Have you got the upgraded metal head? if so you will find that the swash moves the opposite way, ie when it moves up it reduces the pitch not increases it.

They are also supposed to be RTF, but in reality they are not even close!
My advise would be to download the manuals and strip it down and rebuild it. This sounds like a real pain but is the best way forward.

If yours came with a tranny I would also consider upgrading it as otherwise the thing is twitchy as hell with no way of calming it down other than flybar weights.

          Hope this helps

Don't worry, you will soon get used to building and rebuilding heli's m8.

We all crash, and u then have no choice. Bite the bullet and strip it down, make sure all the ball links are per the manual to start off with and ensure all screws that go into metal have threadlock on them.

I started this hobby (cough, endless money drain) with a walkera 60 back in Feb and now have a Dragonus 2 pro and a T-Rex 600 Nitro pro.

The walkera is not an easy model to learn on with the standard tranny and gyro, i upgraded both and found it much better.

Don't blame the gremlins, if you fart too close to one of these thing you are likely to bend or break something

Try the forum below m8, it has all the manuals and a lot of good info on the 60.

                      It is very slow though
