wot align trex to get

how about the Trex 500 that align have bought out recently with all the servos, gyro etc but its bit cheaper and has belt and plastic blade holders

Look at the honey bee king 2 or the newer king 3 mate!! mine is great and is teaching me lots about set up!! and flying of a 6ch heli!!
500 will be expensive to repair i was just looking and the canopy is £50

Thats what i bought and in my opinion its an absolute bargain! i have since upgraded most of the plastic components,but..only because i wanted to,the kit went together easily.


Lynx makes a very good point above though re the honeybee,that little heli is probably the most successful flyer that esky have made,cheap as chips and there's a ton of information on another uk heli forum about it,if i recall rightly.

Also and a very big draw is for someone staring out, is its a cheap and easy to repair when you do deck it.

sorry but saying that it is Esky best flying heli to date is nothing to rave about
having had most helis on my bench to repair, there is no contest between on e of these and a trex 450

as for cheap spare

Honeybee main shaft £3.99 for one
Trex 450 main shaft £6.99 for three

yes a 500 is more expensive for spares, but its bigger and a hell of a lot more heli
but comparing 450 the rexie wins hands down

i had a honey bee king 2 and was ok to start with , then i bought a align trex450 and wow what a difference ,very stable and not to expensive to repair , ive smashed and rebuilt mine 3 or 4 times , plenty on ebay get a bnf so can use ur transmitter
