trex 100s

hi to all just got a used trex 100s with a blade tail upgrade flys nice but it some times just starts spinning so drop the power and start again but is doing more and more , can any one help with any ideas to fix it

Hey.

Sounds to me like your tail motor is worn out/tired, its a classic problem on motor driven tail rotor micros.
Pop a new tail motor in there and you should all be sorted.

Initially though, just thinking about it, check there is no fluff or hair fibres wrapped around the tail motor shaft. I've seen this in the past and its not easily seen unless you go looking for it.
