      Here you go:
Quick UK M2.5x6mm High Tensile Socket Cap Head Screws M2.5x6SC

Quick UK screws are really great quality too.

      Don't forget medium strength Loctite!

According to this link the motor is supplied with screws and washers

        450MX Brushless Motor(3400KV) RCM-BL450MX HML45M01 - Electronics Motor - ALIGN-TREX.co.uk

If you purchased the motor brand new do not order them but call the supplier and ask them to send them. It might only be a few pence but most places are charging nearly £2.00 as the default postage. Allow them to rectify their shortcomings again if you purchased the motor brand new.

(I hope you didn't get short changed by the place I recommended)

If you plan of 3d flying on a flat 100% throttle curve you will prob get 2:30-3mins
If you hover the whole flight on about 50% you prob get around 6-7 mins

I get 3 mins running at 3000rpm (100% thro) and the batt is at 25% left

Is 50% all that's required to hover?
                  It'll be a while before I'm doing any 3D
I was thinking of running about 75% flat on idle up for learning

I wouldn't quite use as low as 50%, maybe 60-70% but of course this depends on your gearing. A flat curve is best for the tail/ESC, just make sure you have soft start on. If it bogs a lot on pitch up then increase the throttle curve.

Yer thats true i think my norm throttle curve is at about 65% which works really good
