  • Beginner CP crash

    Hi there people.
Today I had my first *cough cough* flight with Honer Bee CP3 after about a week of flying one in a simulator. Altough the flights were short around 10 seconds each they were pretty good. I managed to somewhat hover it in air and then land. Ofcourse this was all done with a training kit. So on the fifth short flight I flew too high and somehow the helicopter was hovering above me (don't ask me how it ended up above my head it happened too fast) so it was pretty hard to orientate and I started to panic a bit. I tried to land it but it went flying to the side and then I tought I would just bring down the pitch stick to the bottom, but... as I said I was panicking so instead I brought up the pitch stick upwards all the way to the top. The crash I suppose wasn't too bad because I didin't brake much stuff.
So the first thing that broke was a small part seperated from another which keeps the blade straight. Now the blade is just loose as seen in the picture.

The second thing was my case. It cracked a little but I think that's just a minority.

I don't think you can fex that little part with glue so I'm gonna look for one on the internet. I'm hoping you tell me what part I need to look for and how to fix it.

    ...But overall it was awesome.

lol glad you had fun mate, its awsome aint it. If you look in your manual hope fully there should be diagrams with numbers then a parts list.
google the partnumber, and hopfully there be a list of places that stock it

I'd say go as large as you can afford. I'm not knocking smaller copters at all, they are superb, but i am glad i went straight for a 500.
