  • not a bad day only one crash :)

not a bad day today weather wernt to bad to start with so loaded up with 2 helis and 12 batts and my old boys heli

beeing trying to set up my flybar less heli the last few days and it seemed ok when i haved it out the front of my house so i thought i would take that for a spin 1st batt was ok tail seemd to hold ok not brill but didnt have my lap top with me to have a mess around with it and couldnt remeber what the settings were doint by the radio so i just had a bazz around with it i think it was 3/4 th batt im not going to blame the heli as im 99.9% sure it was my fault lost where i was and bang hit the deck not to much damage 1 blade , main gear ,shaft ,feathering shaft ,links and 2 servo arms most of its rebuilt but havent go the links

anyways went home charged the few batts i did use and went back out with my normal heli by then the wind had got up a bit but nothing to bad between me and my old boy we did 12 batts and it came home together

heres a vid of what my flying like now not brill but i can keep it in the air sorry about the 2 morrons ( my son and son-in-law ) in tha back ground lol

i must admit i do use the sim ( not a lot but do )but ive learnt more since last sat messing around with mcpx in the house

all in all a good day just looking forward to the lighter nights now

video hasnt been messed around with they kep turning it off as they couldnt keep up with it also when my old boy was laughing a bloody bird kept coming after my heli ?

Looks like you're doing rather well. I've only managed that in a sim so far
