  • Phoenix and Parallels pdf.

Just a quick question, when I click HELP in Phoenix it opens Photoshop instead of Adobe Reader. I have AR in both OSx and windows. Any idea how I change this please?

    Thanks.

    Vikki.

go to your instalation directory, normally procramme files, scroll down to phoenix rc, open it then go to resources, open it, then user manual, open it. right click the user manual and select open with. then select adobe reader.

the other option is - if you have an adobe reader document? right click it, scroll down to open with then choose default programme, then select adobe reader. ensure the check box has a tick in it that way all adobe reader files will open with adobe reader.

I get an error from Adobe Reader saying it's either not a supported file or it's corrupt. I can open it from OSx so that's ok. Apparently parallels link.app doesn't like.

Thank you very much for your reply, sent me in the right diretion.

I've copied the manual on to my desktop for easy access. Parallels Link.app seems to be the rogue. Need to find out how to change that critters settings.

          Many thanks, Soggybongo (interesting handle).
