Gents,
Latest version of CX2 just appeared in the states, has aluminium top head as standard and 4 into 1 has become 3 into 1 as receiver is now separate, this supposed to stop the heat induced drift on the tail, also the motors are now fused with resetable fuses, trying to save the 3 into 1 I suppose. Price to be announced.

PS. It crossed my mind that with a separate receiver the DX6 TX might be able to be used, I don't think it works on a 4 in 1, only on a DX7 TX.

Now I've got the hang of the BCX2 I have her flying round the living room like a rocket, crashies have become a thing of the past when you don't do something stupid, but I like the idea of pre fused motors.

It'll save soldering time when mine need replacing

I am thinking that the 3in1 used for the blade cp will do the job just fine...

Yup....I mentioned the new CX2 as well in some or other post...well my friend got his birthday pressie off me today and the new CX2 does indeed have the aluminium top head (in Blue) a 3 in 1 receiver and new speed controller according to the blurb.

The box is a little missleading though. It shows some spare top and bottom rotor blades with the caption "Spare and relacement parts !" Whcih I took to mean you got some in the box.... however there's none on the box...so I re-read under the caption the fine print and it goes on to tell you that you can order spare and replacement parts everywhere the CX2 is sold... D'Oh really !!!!! Grrrrr
