mini thunder profession 9004 help

ok so i got a mini thunder profession 9004 the other day and whenever i fly it it seems to just spin in circles , i havent crashed it and it did this as soon as i used it. i've tried clicking and holding the trim bottons in the appropriate direction but then it just sends it spinning in the other direction. a few times i've got it to hold still but as soon as i press forwards , backwards , left or right it sends it spinning again. am i just a noob at flying helis ( since this is my first one ) or is there a problem with it ?? any help would be great thanks

ok so i've watched the video and read all the comments and the only info im getting from it is that my model of heli just spins in circles and is hard to control ?? has anyone had and experience of this ??
