That's Spiros and the RC Hotel. Quality! I loved my time there. A whole week of flying planes and helis in glorious weather. You don't need a B&B, as it's a hotel - all your meals, bar etc are on site.

Did you go there to learn from scratch or was it more advanced stuff? Just wondered if you go go never having flown before and come back being able to fly circuits etc...or is that asking too much in 1 week?
The older I get, the faster I was!

        You may be miles away.

Well I did speak to flying fish actually I have booked for some time with them. The only time that's currently available (for anyone wanting to book) is the half term mid week and November weekends....

As for taking time off..... I'm a freelance consultant. I only get paid when I work and given the fact that I would lose the equivalent of several TREX 600's a day I'm kind of reluctant to take days off unless I have too. So booking a week to fly Heli's is a cute idea but financially I'd be bloody mad. Hence I think in a previous post I wondered if I could squeeze 3 or 4 hours training into a day but the consensus is it's too much pressure

            I imagine so......

BTW....remember you were looking for some sort of competition for a prize give away.
Well you could always nominate the most spectacular 3D crash of the day and then the competition could be to the nearest quid as to the repair bill.... or will it be too embarrassing having a member of the public carted off to the local hospital to have a Heli Tailboom removed from their A**e where the hacked off pilot had shoved it.

              LOL

We were/are looking for ideas for a simulator based competition
              Not bad nonetheless though
