Never had the original SE but as a inexperienced pilot I would say they fly better than some of my larger machines raptors 30 & 50 & trex 600.
Im not saying ability of model here just confidence in model.
It inspires me to try new things it is super stable if a little skitish in the hover but once into circuits rewards you with a very big grin evry time you fly it.

Apart from a few subtle differences the only real difference is the thrust bearings in the main grips - This means that when the grips are being pulled away from the main hub they can still rotate freely which makes the whole head much, much more smooth - the heli just feels completely different and more precise than the old one and anyone, what ever their level would notice, and benefit from the V2.

It is a fantastic model and th only heli that is actually better than the Trex 600n
      Clones are bad

      .... that includes Align ones

I put the V2 head block and blade grips on my 450 - very very good!
        Cheers,

theres two upgrade im thinking of doing carbon frames and the se head,
carbon frames as its got a different battery postion, because it doesnt matter what i do i cannot get the canopy to fit the plastic frames x cde version with battery along the bottom,

I agree, getting the V2 head is very worthwhile, flies lovely....much smoother.
