Twister Medevac Wont Fly?

Hi all i need your help please.

My friend gave me a twister medevac which was abit broken. It needed a new tail boom and cab which i bought and instaled including a new set of main and upper blades.

I have performed all the servo tests and it all works fine.

Now the problem is when i connect my battery i wait for the green light to glow solid red and and then i start.

i get to about 80% throttle and it still wont take off. When i max out the throttle the 4in1 glows red and i can hear the motors being slowed down a fraction yet it still wont take off i have 2 batterys and they are fully charged prior to flying i just cannot seem to work out what is stopping it from taking off it wont even budge.

Please help me!!

if the light glows red it means the battery hasnt got the power try another battery ,or check battery on another charger (i had a dodgy charger with my lama v4)...mick
