You can't (legally) buy one, except from Phoenix themselves. As I understand it they want the old one back before replacing it, but it may be worth speaking to them and explaining the problem - Phoenix model flight simulation :: SupportTrex 600 ESP (Turnigy T600, DS821, DS620, GP750, 120A) sold

in short, your screwed, the interface cable is their way of protecting the software. If you had run it over with your car, dog eaten it etc then they would replace it.
however, loosing it, you are just going to have to buy a new one.
