First Flights without Training Gear!!!!

OK so maybe not that amazing but I enjoyed it!

Put 2 packs through my Twister CP without the training gear and I LANDED the Heli!!

Feeling very pleased.

So I can now hover Tail in all day. I can hover 45 degrees lef and right and manage transitions left/right without too much trouble and recover back to tail in if its getting ropey. So now I can practice left/right hovers and work into nose in.

Very happy bunny here tonight!

Well done - definitely sounds like you're getting there. A good thing to try from here now is slowly flying along and walking behind it. Also, turn it round gently, again walking behind it. It makes the transition to flying around (and NOT walking behind it!) a lot easier.

Hey Rob, Thats not a bad Idea, I'll try that in a day or so when I get a bit more confident without the training gear.
