Firstly, thank you Bubblefish777 for the newbie thread, that's so true and very good advice.
I have flown fixed wing for many years and have stepped gingerly into flying helis. I fly a Blade 120 using an old DX6i. However I have 2 Honeybee King 3 helis which I flew on a mates Optic 6. They flew really well (when my mate flew them).
Anyway now I own them and I am really struggling to set the gyros up, one gyro is a chinese futaba clone and the is a 'mems' gyro?. Anyway they worked just fine on the optic 6 and were constantly in HH mode (i susspect? ). And now I can not get them to fly or hover without various amounts of tail wag. I have lowered the gain, raised the gain and even pulled my hair out, all to no avail.
Does anybody know there way through the setup of the Fut 8FG well enough to tell me whats wrong?
