  • Lubricant

    Hello

Which lubricant is better suited to micro helis? There are a few on the Market and I'm unsure which one to get? Also would a spray or nozzle be better I was thinking of nozzle because of the small parts, where as a spray would coat too much.

    What do you all think?

I should not let my mind wander...it is too small and fragile to be let out by itself

Scorpion motor oil is great but any needle application oil would be well suited.

There is really not many places you have to oil, especially on the micro helis (below 250 size, they need no oil). Blade mCPX needs no oil for example.

250 size and above a drop or two of oil on the main shaft and tail shaft where metal slides together is a good idea.

Scorpion motors also require you to oil them every certain number of flights, again 250 size or above.

Triflow. Don't overdose or it will attract dirt, one or two drops is sufficient. You can get it in every good bicycle store or online.
