i have no experience with any of them, i'm afraid... but i am thinking of getting either an MSR or a blade 120 for my girlfriend's dad to get him into helis more and properly.. (of course i would want to play with them first before i hand them over
i have the msr,the 120 and the mcpx and the mcpx is the only one that really handles the wind imo, dont get me wrong they will fly and are fun in the wind but nowhere near as well as the mcpx, my msr and 120 stay in the box more then they are out of it now, both the msr and 120 will help you with orientation but the both require a lot of stick movement which can be detrimental when going from msr/120 to a bigger heli.

Well, its nice and stable, dumbed down with appropriate pitch curves and with my mini vbar blueline express and 70% governed throttle I'm comfortably getting 8.5 mins hovering out of a single 5Ah pack. In fact its so stable its hovering thumbs off...at least in calm conditions.
